The traditional workshop of Rigena gives you the opportunity to watch and get involved in the manufacture of various traditional products such as halloumi, traditional bread in a wood oven, pastelaki (sesame bars), spaghetti with skilinitsi (small branches of local bushes), pithkiavli (flute), soap, wax ointment, basketry, spoon sweets etc.
