The Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior is located on the top of the hill and is dedicated to the Transfiguration of the Savior.
The Church of Metamorphosis tou Sotiros is located on the top of the hill and is dedicated to the Transfiguration of the Savior. It was built in the 18th century but, due to the damage caused by earthquakes and other natural phenomena, the church has been renovated many times since then. The whole church has hagiographies and a beautiful wooden iconostasis with icons of the saints.
