In a short distance from the village, near the chapel of Agios Georgios, there is a centuries-old oak, which is a special sight, but also a protected monument of nature. The oak counts about 800 years of life, has a diameter of about 8.5 metres and is 26 metres high. The dense foliage, the large hollow on its trunk and its elaborate branches make it particularly impressive. The awe caused by its size, combined with the serenity inspired by the secluded area, are additional reasons to visit it.
