In the village, there is the impressive "Amatiou Pond Cave".
The lake of the cave has a spherical shape and is located about 20 metres below the surface of the ground, with a height of 8 metres and a width of 6 metres. When visiting the cave, travelers have the opportunity to admire the impressive landscape created by the stalactites and stalagmites that adorn its greatest part.
